Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Economy Shipping: $5.00 flat rate — estimated delivery in 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: $5.00 flat rate — estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • Standard International (USPS): Carrier-calculated rates — estimated delivery in 10–21 business days depending on destination
  • Express International: $5.00 flat rate — estimated delivery in 3–7 business days

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customersupport@davincibroom.com within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a prepaid return label.
